Binance Illegal in Nepal: Using It Could Lead to Imprisonment

Nepal has officially declared platforms like Binance illegal. According to Their websites, "नेपालमा Bitcoin लगायतका Cryptocurrency हरुको कारोबार गर्न पाइँदैन । यस्तो कारोबार गर्नु कानुनतः अवैध हो," meaning you can't trade Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency in Nepal, and doing so is against the law.

Binance, a popular platform globally, allows people to exchange traditional currency for cryptocurrency. But in Nepal, using it could land you in serious trouble. The government has made it clear that if you're found using Binance or similar platforms, you will be arrested and face legal consequences.

Even on Binance's official website, it’s clear that the platform facilitates cryptocurrency exchanges—activities that are strictly illegal in Nepal. This reinforces the government’s strong stance against such platforms.
